In the spirit of Valentine’s Day week, describe your idea of a perfect day spent with someone you care about (a friend, family member, or significant person in your life).

I would go up to them and ask them out on a date to a resteraunt in order to have time for each other then we would just talk whatever we want to chat about, afterwards we would and walk and chat still somewhere in a field then later in the afternoon go to a arcade and just play games and probably win prizes and do whatever activities there and afterwards buy her something special for here and lastly we would watch a movie and reflect on the day we had together then drop her off at her home.

What is the best piece of advice of that your parent or guardian has given you? Tell what the advice was and what prompted you to ask the question

The one I like is that what I’ve been told is when I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed it’s ok to take a break before you continue with what I’m working with as it will give time away from that particular task or thought and just have fun or give me a moment to figure out how to do it in advance then afterwards after that break I continue with my work or do as much as I can.

What is the most challenging part of working in a group? Discuss a time when a group assignment did not go as well as you planned and how you learned from that experience.

The most challenging of it would happen is working with people you don’t know or have not interacted with at all as it would be hard to start up with conversations about the project and might withheld ideas with group mates to blame the project better but other problem is having the motivation to do it at first as many people don’t like doing projects mainly as it’s a big assignment they have to worry about while also being aware they might have to deal with other assignments from other classes which brings stress to the one assigned with work.

What is the most challenging part of writing an essay for you? Is it brainstorming, organizing ideas, writing a strong thesis, or something else? How do you plan to overcome this challenge

The most challenging part when writing an essay is how to start it as I think of it needs a strong start in order to be eye-catching to the reader and not to be boring so I put an interesting start depending on what the assignment is and then follow it up with good points to support it and have a good ending basically it’s to sum up what has been told in the essay.

Write about something that you heard that you wish you could unhear

I was having sleep paralysis this one time while being on top of a bunk bed and i wasn’t a stranger to it as it happened to me before but as soon as i knew I couldn’t move my body i resorted to quickly closing my eyes as I didn’t want to see whatever was going show up and i just wanted to return to sleep but as i was sleeping i heard someone whisper into my ear saying “im coming for them” which scared me to the point i didn’t want to see it and was also confused on how it whispered when i was on the top of a bunk bed with only space for one person and it was night too. I sometimes wonder who they meant but i all i know its a group as i heard the word “them” whatever it was it was scary to the point i still remember.

Prompt: Much of this section focuses on Cheryl’s physical exhaustion and discomfort. Describe a moment when your body limited what you could do, and explain what that experience taught you about your mental strength.

I workout a lot and after working out my body is drained and I can’t do any physical activity and leaves me with low focus but one time was when I was working on my legs the next day I couldn’t walk at all and I needed help to walk for the majority of the day as I walk it would bring immense pain. I was thinking why this happened and figured I should limit myself when working out and the limit is that as soon as I feel a sharp pain I need to finish my set and rest.

Write about a time you didn’t feel like yourself.

I was down and wasn’t eating when I came from school and went straight to sleep after doing my homework as I was extremely exhausted and didn’t want to do anything even play video games which was my favorite doing all the time and my noticed and said I couldn’t keep this up as it wasn’t healthy and took me to see a therapist and a doctor. A therapist to talk about my mental health and a doctor to check my health saw that I had too much blood and told me I had to drink plenty of water. I’m fine now but that moment was when I was at my lowest point in my life so far.
